Financial Sales Advisor - Life and Pensions Reporting to the Sales Manager, the role offers a fantastic opportunity for the right individual to grow their career within a well-established and forward-thinking company with a strong national presence. Work proactively to achieve revenue and business targets across life, pension, and investment products, delivering advice to the highest professional standards through comprehensive fact-finding to identify and prioritise clients financial planning needs and goals. Adhere to defined quality standards by operating within established processes, systems, and procedures, ensuring full compliance with company policies and all regulatory requirements. Take full ownership of the client experience, ensuring all interactions are delivered professionally and result in high levels of customer satisfaction. Prioritise and manage tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and maintaining workflow efficiency. Deliver clear, professional communication both verbal and written while demonstrating strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Analyse issues as they arise, seek support where necessary, and make informed decisions to support business objectives. Work proactively and efficiently to achieve individual and team targets, consistently driving performance and results. Experience QFA qualification is essential; additional industry certifications are a strong advantage. Demonstrated ability to assess client needs and confidently recommend tailored solutions across investment, life assurance, and pension products. Proven track record in sales, ideally within intermediary or direct-to-consumer channels. Self-motivated, energetic, and results-driven with a strong commercial mindset. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, with solid experience using electronic point-of-sale and administration platforms.
