Our client, a global leader in aviation services, is seeking a Trainer, Process and Procedures Specialist to join their team in Dublin. Core functions are review of supplied documentation ensuring compliance to OEM, Airworthiness standards & Customer requirements. Job requires liaising with Lessors, Customers, Technical Consultants and company colleagues in Germany and the management of all supplied documentation, maintenance of various IT systems such as Asset Transfer System (AirVault) and generation of standardised outgoing Marketing Sales Documents. Our work requires high levels of awareness and attention to detail, also requires short response times as well as communication with all stakeholders and knowledge and skills in the use of maintenance manuals, documentation systems and airworthiness legislation requirements. Contract Type:Permanent (Subject to a 6 month probationary period) Overall Responsibility Responsibilities of the Trainer, process and procedures specialist will include: Providing engine familiarisation, technical and records training to new and existing TSP staff. Tracking and recording staff training levels. Organising courses for additional required training with a view to TSP staff achieving company approvals as appropriate. Defining consistent processes, procedures, standards and templates across the TSP teams. Investigating, reporting and providing recommendations on TSP quality escapes. Generating and tracking KPIs. Communication within and between TSP teams. Communication with customers and with any outside parties as necessary. Assisting the engineering and technical records teams in the TSP team as dictated by customer demands. Person Specification: Good knowledge of engines, technical records and engine redeliveries. Must be self-motivated and capable of working on own initiative. Thorough approach to work with high attention to detail and accuracy. Have a high degree of flexibility and availability in terms of working from the company offices. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written. Willingness to travel between the various TSP offices. Excellent MS Office skills with a high affinity for harnessing new and emerging IT systems and capabilities.
