Energy Sales Consultant

Osborne is working with one of Ireland's leading renewable energy companies as Energy Sales Consultant, We are looking for motivated professionals to work directly with customers in their homes all across Wicklow and Wexford. As a Energy Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be selling energy solutions to homeowners across Ireland. 

Key Responsibilities

Visit homeowners to carry out in-person consultations and assess if their property is suitable for installations.
Prepare and present clear, tailored proposals covering system design, expected energy savings, grant options (such as SEAI), and estimated return on investment.
Secure sales and meet set monthly targets.
Keep accurate records in the CRM system and manage your sales pipeline professionally.
Take part in residential marketing events and local community shows when needed.
Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth handover and provide an excellent customer experience after a sale.

What We're Looking For

Experience in B2C or residential field sales (No industry experience required).
Good communication skills with a consultative approach to sales
Self-motivated and confident working independently while travelling and very sales focused
Able to learn the basics of energy systems and relevant grant schemes (full training will be provided).
Strong organisational skills and reliable in following up with clients.
Full, clean driving licence with willingness to travel across the country.

Desirable:

Previous experience selling energy-efficiency products to homeowners.
Familiarity with SEAI grants and Ireland's energy sector.
