Requirements: Previous experience in hotel reservations or front office management. Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills. Proficiency in Opera Cloud or similar PMS systems. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible to support peak periods, weekends, and events. Passion for delivering excellent guest service.
