We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Receiving and Inventory Clerk to join their dynamic team at our Dublin facility. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for accuracy and efficiency, this role is for you.

The ideal candidate for this role will have strong logistics / inventory experience ideally within the FMCG industry, candidates with experience with freight forwarding also tend to fit in well within the company.

This is a full time, permanent position based in Dublin south.

Standard working hours are 8am - 5pm and the company operates on a hybrid working policy of 3 days on site and 2 from home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Receiving Goods:

- Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documentation.

- Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for all received goods.

- Inventory Management:

- Maintain accurate inventory records in the company's systems.

- Conduct regular cycle counts and assist with annual stock audits.

- Collaborate with the Warehouse and Production teams to optimize inventory levels and minimize disruptions.

- Coordination and Communication:

- Work closely with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal departments to ensure seamless operations.

- Support the resolution of delivery or inventory-related queries promptly.

- Health & Safety Compliance:

- Adhere to all health, safety, and environmental guidelines.

- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or distribution environment is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong Excel experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when necessary.
