Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including: Meet the guests expectations Provide 5* service Tea/coffee service Afternoon tea service/evening service Drink service/knowledge The Department consists of two luxury Drawing Rooms, the Garden Terrace and No. 23 Cocktail Bar, catering for light continental breakfast, light fare lunch and evening cocktails and aperitif. Our Drawing Rooms is most famous for our Art Afternoon Tea which is served on a daily basis in our Lounge area. Our Afternoon Tea pastries are based on the Art work which is displayed on the walls in our Drawing Rooms. Your enthusiasm will be infectious and will instil confidence in the services offered.
