Working with a professional and welcoming Team you will be part of creating Merrion Moments for our guests and colleagues with your main duties including: Possess Cocktail/spirit/wine knowledge Conduct day to day requisitions Stock control Keep the bar neat and presentable at all times Providing a five star drinks service Who we are looking for A candidate with the ability to be professional and communicate courteously and effectively with guests and colleagues alike.
