Job Overview We are seeking an ambitious and driven Head of Field Sales AFH IOI to lead our dynamic sales team in the Food & Beverages industry. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead our field sales efforts, driving revenue growth and fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. With a keen eye for strategy and a passion for excellence, you will inspire your team to achieve remarkable results.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive field sales strategy, aligning with our company's vision and objectives.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements Proven track record of success in field sales leadership roles within the Food & Beverages industry.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
