A well-established and highly successful Irish business have engaged Barden to identify a commercially-minded accountant to join their Finance team.

ABOUT THE ROLE

- Lead onboarding and integration of newly acquired businesses.
- Develop tailored operational and governance frameworks.
- Prepare apportionment accounts aligned with reporting standards.
- Support commercial onboarding and financial oversight.
- Deliver performance projections and business cases.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives and stakeholder engagement.

ABOUT THE PERSON

- Qualified accountant with 3 + years PQE;
- Financial analysis experience is an advantage but not essential;
- Excellent attention to detail, numeric and analytical skills;
- Process, systems and controls focused;
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
