Are you a digital marketing professional with a talent for building strong agency partnerships? We're currently hiring a German-speaking Agency New Business Manager (m/w/d) to join a fast-growing, international team based in Dublin.

In this role, you'll help drive the growth of a unique social media advertising platform by managing relationships with digital marketing agencies and supporting advertisers in achieving success through innovative ad solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

- Build and manage relationships with digital marketing agencies in the DACH market
- Drive new business development through prospecting and pitching
- Grow and retain advertising revenue across your client portfolio
- Translate data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Optimize campaign performance and resolve technical or performance issues
- Collaborate with internal sales and product teams to support client goals

What you bring:

- Fluency in German and English
- At least 1 year of experience in digital marketing, sales, or agency account management
- Knowledge of online advertising platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, Snapchat, etc.)
- Strong communication, analytical, and presentation skills
- A proactive, collaborative, and solution-focused mindset
