One of Ireland’s leading law firms is seeking a Technology & Commercial Contracts Lawyer (3-6 PQE) to join their dynamic and forward-thinking team. This firm represents some of the most exciting Irish and international tech suppliers and companies that are leveraging their cutting-edge technology.

About the Role

You will provide expert legal advice on commercial contracts, data protection, intellectual property (IP), and technology law. Your responsibilities will include:

- Drafting and negotiating technology, outsourcing, distribution and licensing agreements
- Advising on Irish & EU data protection laws, including compliance strategies
- Providing IP legal support, advising on e-commerce and consumer law
- Acting as a lead advisor and key client contact, developing strong relationships

The ideal person

- 3-6 years PQE in a reputable law firm (or relevant in-house experience)
- Strong experience in commercial contracts & technology law
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A business-focused mindset with a keen interest in career development
