SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT ANALYST - HAUSA

We're looking for aSocial Media Content Analystto help shape a safer and more positive digital space. This is your chance to use your skills to contribute to a meaningful cause while working with a team that values your expertise. Together, we can make a difference in creating a better online community for everyone.

We offer:

• A full-time, permanent contract with Covalen

• A choice ofday shift(9am to 5:30pm) orevening shift(6pm to 2am) from Monday to Friday, withoccasional weekendandbank holidaywork

• A base annual salary of€31k, with10% Quarterly Bonus, OTE34k

•Evening shifthasan additional25% increasefrom 10pm to 2am, plus travel allowance, bringing total potential earnings up to€41k

• 25 days of annual leave, private healthcare, and pension contributions

• Bike to Work and Tax Saver Scheme

You need:

•Fluency in Hausa (C1/C2) and English (C1)

•A valid Stamp 4, 1G, or EU passport(required)

•In-depth cultural understandingand awareness of current affairs in the region

•Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail,andcritical thinking skills

Your Role:

• Investigate and resolve reported issues, including account support and abusive content, via our ticketing system

•Enforce community guidelines by addressing reports of abuse on the platform

•Stay updated on clients' products and community standards

•Use your regional insights to provide scalable solutions and support the online community

•Analyse data to continuously enhance user experience

•Spot trends and escalate critical issues to the global team

•Identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements

Please note, this role may involve reviewing sensitive content, so working from our office in Sandyford - D18 - is essential.
