Overview of role:

The Production Operative is responsible for the scanning and packing of phones, sims accessories etc. Shrink wrapping mobile phones and despatching orders.

Main Responsibilities are not limited to but will include:

- Shrink Wrapping of Mobile Phones
- Packing of Phones,Sims,and Accessories
- Scanning of IMEI and Sim numbers
- Adhering to Warehouse/Production standards
- Adhering to daily SLA and KPIs
- Daily targets of sim packs/phones must be achieved
- Attention to detail is very important: correct sim pack number must be placed onto correct boxes and IMEI number must be checked before packing phones avoiding customer complaints etc
