Link Personnel have been instructed by our Client based in North County Dublin on a Legal Executive vacancy. This role will be supporting the Solicitors in the Conveyancing Department and will be a fully in-office position. Salary : to €52k

- Drafting contracts for sale.
- Preparing necessary documents for registration in the Registry of Deeds and Land Registry
- Preparing letters of appointment.
- Stamping of documents.
- Collating reports and trackers to keep clients informed on the up to date status of their transaction.
- Assisting in the preparation of transaction completions.
- Working in a team environment and liaising throughout with clients, agents and banks.
- Other administrative tasks and ad hoc projects as requested.

The Candidate:

- 3-4years experience working within a legal environment, ideally within a Property Department.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with appropriate and effective use of grammar and punctuation.
- Have enthusiasm, resilience and ambition to find solutions to problems.
- Remain calm and optimistic in time sensitive situations or under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexibly to meet client needs.
- High degree of competence in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
