Reporting to the Marketing Director, this role is ideal for someone who thrives in an independent work environment. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies across various brands, with a strong focus on digital channels. Key tasks include managing social media content, responding to customer inquiries, supporting rebranding efforts, and working alongside external agencies for SEO and digital advertising.

What You'll Do:

- Oversee digital marketing activities and ensure brand consistency.
- Manage social media scheduling and engagement using Sprout Social.
- Execute paid search and social media campaigns (Google Ads, Meta).
- Support rebranding efforts and coordinate marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
- Track marketing budgets and optimize campaigns for return on investment.
- Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

What We're Looking For:

- Minimum 4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in B2C environment.
- Strong digital marketing skills, including PPC, Google Analytics, and social media management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
- A valid driver's license is essential (required for occasional travel).
