The All Island Climate and Biodiversity Research Network Manager will be employed by Trinity and will be co-located together with the Co-Centre for Climate + Biodiversity + Water within Trinity. The AICBRN Manager will report to Professor Yvonne Buckley, Trinity College Dublin as line manager and will report to the multi-institutional Co-Chairs and Executive Group of the AICBRN. As the AICBRN is a collaborative multi-institutional network, the position will involve communication and collaboration across member institutions and will be responsible for coordinating activities that deliver significant value to AICBRN as a whole. Post Status: Specific Purpose The specific purpose of this employment is to establish, coordinate and deliver the strategic and operational activities of the All Island Climate and Biodiversity Research Network (AICBRN), including governance structures, membership development, communications, and reporting for the National Parks and Wildlife Service (NPWS). This employment is not offered on an indefinite basis as the purpose of this role is to deliver this project-based initiative, which is of limited duration and scope and defined establishment and coordination phase of this project is expected to end . Termination of this contract will occur on completion of the work in which you are engaged in or earlier if the NPWS funding that underpins the role is withdrawn or terminated. Hours of Post: 35 hours per week Salary: Appointment will be made on the Administrative Officer 3 (€46,874 - €58,667 per annum) and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
