Construction Sales Manager

As an Experienced Sales professional, you will excel in closing deals and have the knowledge to assist homeowners applying for SEAI grants and finance options. This is a permanent position, field-based covering counties Kerry, Limerick, and Cork.
Key Responsibilities
1. Advise clients on home energy assessments, insulation options, grants, and financing.
2. Oversee projects from consultation to follow-up BER assessments.
3. Conduct site visits, including attic and wall inspections.
4. Provide information for SEAI grants.
Requirements
1. You will come from a construction sales background with a minimum of two years' experience in a similar setting.
2. Strong knowledge in insulation techniques and construction practices.
3. Willingness to work at heights and in confined spaces.
A competitive salary in the region of €50 – €55,000, plus commission along with a company vehicle, fuel card, laptop, phone, and assessing tools is offered.
