General Operative & Reach Stacker – Fermoy

We are currently seeking a General Operative & Reach Stacker to join our client’s busy team in Fermoy, Co. Cork. Reporting to the Shift Supervisor and Workshop Manager, this role involves supporting day-to-day operations while maintaining the highest standards of health & safety.


Location: Fermoy, Co. Cork
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday, Shift Work
Salary: DOE


Key Responsibilities:


Connecting and disconnecting tanks for heating
Collecting and distributing HGV parts and materials
Shunting trailers to the Test Centre
Driving the container reach stacker/handler
Inventory management and verification of products/tanks
Maintaining a clean and safe yard environment
Cleaning and maintaining equipment
General housekeeping of the site
Ad hoc duties as required by management


Requirements:


Leaving Certificate or equivalent
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a General Operative or similar role
Reach Stacker Licence desirable 
Full clean driver’s licence (CE Licence an advantage)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Diligent, proactive, and health & safety conscious
Fluent written and spoken English
