The ideal Conference & Banqueting Supervisor will come from a busy 4* or 5* property. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and oversee the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, banquets, weddings, and events Actively lead the banquet team to ensure optimum service to guests and meeting planner satisfaction Manage, train and ensure the performance of assigned Banquet Staff. Work closely with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are addressed.
