Main Purpose of Role

We are seeking a QC Inspector to join our expanding team delivering renewable energy projects across Ireland. This position offers the opportunity to work on major infrastructure initiatives, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance at every stage of project delivery. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and implement onsite inspection and test plans.
- Conduct detailed onsite inspections of civil, mechanical, and electrical installations.
- Develop method statements and risk assessments.
- Monitor progress against project schedules and produce progress reports.
- Assist with the preparation of technical and contractual documentation.
- Ensure compliance with project-specific safety and quality requirements.
- Prepare and interpret technical specifications and enquiry documentation.
- Ensure all work meets ISO, NSAI, design, and client standards.
- Produce technical drawings including single-line diagrams, layouts, schematics, and schedules.
- Review and approve detailed designs for high, medium, and low-voltage systems, including control and protection schemes.
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum NCC Level 6 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- 2+ years’ experience in the electrical construction industry (desirable).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and AutoCAD.
- Strong technical understanding with excellent teamwork and initiative.
- Effective written, verbal, and numerical communication skills.
