Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager to join our clients team and oversee the bidding process for residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the residential construction industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.

Responsibilities:

- Analyse project requirements and develop comprehensive bid proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for bids.
- Review bid documents and ensure compliance with project specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and quotes.
- Prepare and submit bids within specified deadlines.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients and vendors.
- Track and manage bid documentation and correspondence.
- Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Bid Manager in the residential construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction bidding processes and practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and bid management software.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
