Bid Administrator - Construction Management Consultancy - North Cork Office/Project Location: Charleville, CorkEmployment Type: PermanentWork Location: Office BasedPay: Competitive salary, negotiable depending on experienceExperience: Previous experience in bid administration, bid coordination or a similar administrative role, including eTendersVisa: EU passport or Stamp 4 visa requiredOur client is a professional services company specialising in Project Management, Commercial Management, Property Assessment, Asset Management and Consulting across the Construction, Infrastructure and Property Sectors.They are seeking a Bid Administrator to join the Tendering team. This is a full-time, permanent staff office.This role supports the preparation and delivery of high-quality bid and tender submissions that contribute to business growth.ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation and submission of tender and eTender prequalification documents and quotes,Coordinate and gather information, to complete bid responseEnsure bid documentation is accurate, compliant and submitted on timeFormat and proofread proposal content to maintain high standards of quality and presentationMaintain and organise the tender document library and bid templatesTrack bid deadlines and ensure all stakeholders are aware of submission timelinesSupport the preparation of bid presentations and supporting documentsAssist with contract reviews and administrative compliance checksBuild and maintain strong working relationships across internal teamsThe duties and responsibilities described are not an exhaustive list and additional tasks may be assigned in line with business needsRequirementsRelevant third-level qualification preferredTraining or certification in bid/proposal writing (e.g. APMP) is an advantagePrevious experience in bid administration, bid coordination or a similar administrative role, including eTendersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational and time management abilitiesHigh attention to detail with strong document formatting skillsLeadership skills to plan, manage and direct multi-disciplinary teams.Significant base of IT skills including MS Project, Word, Excel, Power PointHigh level of commercial understanding and applicationA successful track record working closely in partnership with clients, contractors and design teamsA positive, proactive approach with an ability to adapt to changing scenariosStrong interpersonal/people skills with the ability to work in and manage teamsSelf-motivated with ability to work in an unstructured environmentPackage€competiitve salary depending on level of experience and negotiable for the right candidate.Permanent staff role 8.30-5.30 Monday - Friday (4.00pm finish Friday)
