Overview

Matrix Recruitment are currently recruiting for an eTender Administrator to join a busy and growing organisation in County Cork.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, coordinating bids and supporting sales teams with tender and proposal submissions.

This is a full-time, on-site role, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities to develop your sales and project coordination skills.

Your new job

Key duties and responsibilities

- Identify and monitor tender and business opportunities.
- Coordinate with regional teams to pursue the right bids.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of all tenders, quotes, and outcomes.
- Assist with preparing high-quality tender and sales submissions.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and ensure deadlines are met.
- Track outcomes and support reporting and analysis to improve future submissions.

What we are looking for

- Previous experience in tender coordination, sales support, or administrative roles.
- Experience in Civil Engineering or Construction is mandatory.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident in Microsoft Office and document management tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with public or private sector tendering processes is a plus.
