You will bring experience in procurement, inventory and supply chain. In this role, youll oversee daily procurement and stock control operations, ensuring alignment with internal policies and industry standards. Youll collaborate closely with suppliers to build strong, effective relationships, while driving cost-efficiency and process improvements through strategic sourcing. Your strong analytical communication skills will be key as you will report to the operations manager. With the company having a 10-year growth plan, your attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment are essential for success. Responsibilities Create and manage purchase orders. Track deliveries and address discrepancies through corrective actions. Work closely with Sales and Operations to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stock shortages. Ensure adherence to internal procedures and standards for purchasing and inventory control. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support operational efficiency. Perform regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records. Assist the operations team in executing stock transactions with precision and timeliness. Serve as the primary contact for purchasing and inventory-related matters across departments. Requirements Exceptional attention to detail Maintaining accurate records and upholding quality standards. Strong organisational skills Support efficient inventory management and smooth operational processes. Effective problem-solving abilities for addressing supply chain challenges and resolving discrepancies. Proficient in inventory management systems and advanced Excel functions.
