The Opportunity We are looking for an experienced Senior Air Freight Manager to take ownership of our international forwarding operations. This is a senior leadership role, responsible for driving performance, optimising strategy, and ensuring seamless delivery across global trade lanes.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage global air and ocean freight operations .
Build strong partnerships with carriers, customs agents, and service providers.
Develop competitive routing and pricing strategies.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal policies.
Partner with Sales & Operations teams to align logistics capabilities with business needs.
Implement KPIs and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
Mentor and develop a high-performing freight team.
Analyse market trends and operational data to guide decision-making.
What We’re Looking For 7–10 years’ international logistics experience, with deep expertise in air freight (ocean freight knowledge a plus).
Proven leadership background managing cross-functional teams.
Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
In-depth knowledge of Incoterms, HS Codes, customs clearance , and trade compliance.
Proficiency with logistics systems and tools.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Positive, ambitious, and team-focused approach.
