Dublin Pike, Ireland CMS Marketing Full time

CMS Marketing is one of Ireland’s leading creative marketing & experiential agencies. Our starting point was in strategic below-the-line campaigns, events & brand activations. Over the years, we’ve expanded our team and expertise to deliver a full 360° creative service.
We pride ourselves on being explorers. Adventurers, discoverers, inventors, and alchemists. Always curious, always creative. Every brief – no matter how big or small – is a chance to discover something new.
We’ve come a long way. Today, our work doesn’t just win awards in Ireland, but at European level too. In everything we do, we strive to be the best. And to deliver that, we need the best people.
Job Description As an Account Executive with CMS Marketing, you’re at the heart of the action – working closely with clients, supporting your team, and helping bring campaigns to life. You’ll gain hands-on experience across events, brand activations, and integrated campaigns, while learning the essential skills of account handling. No two days will be the same – from taking briefs and supporting creative development, to being on the ground at activations, you’ll play an active role in delivering work that makes an impact.
Responsibilities You’ll be involved in every area of our business, but your day-to-day will include:
Taking client briefs and developing a clear understanding of campaign or event objectives.
Preparing proposals and responses alongside Account Managers/Directors, and attending client presentations.
Supporting meetings by drafting and circulating notes and actions.
Coordinating campaigns from planning through to delivery – briefing creative teams, managing timelines, and keeping projects on track.
Attending live campaigns/events to ensure smooth delivery.
Supporting post-campaign evaluation and reporting.
Requirements We’re looking for someone who is:
An excellent communicator – clear, prompt, and professional, with clients and colleagues alike.
Organised and detail-driven – you’ll spot errors before they go out the door.
Proactive – anticipating needs, coming to meetings prepared, and always looking for solutions.
A reliable team player – supportive, collaborative, and committed.
Curious – keen to understand your clients’ industries, challenges, and opportunities.
Flexible – occasionally, you may need to work outside standard office hours (events don’t always stick to 9–5). Time off in lieu will always be provided.
Candidate Requirements 0–2 years’ relevant experience (agency experience preferred) in Event Management, Marketing, or Advertising.
A relevant qualification in Marketing or Event Management.
Access to your own car and a full driver’s licence, as our work often takes us nationwide.
What We Offer Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) with regular reviews.
21 days’ annual leave, plus additional Christmas leave.
Remote working options.
Access to industry events and mentorship opportunities.
