Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement health & safety strategies tailored to construction environments. Conduct site safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and training programs. Monitor compliance with local regulations and company policies. Provide guidance to site managers, construction teams, and senior leadership on safety matters. Maintain accurate documentation, investigation records, and safety reporting. Requirements: Proven experience in construction health & safety across roles and seniorities. Relevant certifications (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, Safe Pass, etc.).
