MaintenanceAssistant The Trinity City Hotel iscurrently seeking a Casual Maintenance Assistant, who will assist in the smooth operation of the department by ensuring the repairs, general maintenance and upkeep of the company's property, plant and equipment is completed to a high standard. Main duties and responsibilities: Ensure that maintenance and repair work on the property is carried out as required. Ensure that all areas are left in a neat, clean and safe condition after maintenance work has been carried out. Observe all safety procedures and rules in order to prevent accidents resulting from any maintenance activity. Communicate with your Manager on all serious maintenance issues and report on the progress of maintenance on the property. The ideal candidate will: Have previous experience as aMaintenance Assistant. Be self-motivated, standards driven and have the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to recommend and implement improvements in their department or the hotel in general. Have strong organisational skills with theability to prioritise. Unrestricted permission to work in Ireland on a full time basis. Health & Safety knowledge and awareness. Plumbing experience would be an advantage however not essential. Safe pass would be an advantage however not essential.
