Sales & Marketing Executive

Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experiencedSales & Marketing Executive for one of our well-established clients in Kenmare, County Kerry.
This pivotal role offers immersion in all facets of the hotel and golf club sales and marketing department, under the expert guidance of the Director of Sales & Marketing. Responsibilities encompass a comprehensive array of tasks including media management, social media management and strategy, national and international promotional campaigns, digital marketing, strategic planning, analytics, database administration, print advertising, as well as reservation and booking management as required.
This would suit a sales, & or marketing experienced graduate eager to advance their career within the hospitality sector
REQUIREMENTS
- Diploma or Degree qualification in Marketing with specialized training in sales, marketing, and digital marketing preferred, not essential.
- Minimum 2+ years’ Experience within a sales & marketing department, and digital marketing and social media management experience.
- Prior experience in sales & marketing department in a similar luxury brand is preferred, not essential.
- Minimum 2+ Years experience in a similar role with a focus on Hospitality Sales & Event Promotion
- Must be Presentable and Sociable
- Must have a positive attitude and be a highly focused and disciplined individual
- A strong personality and ability to demonstrate excellent communication skills both oral & written.
- Ability to maintain and develop customer relations.
- Ability to manage and work within a team as well as on your own initiative.
PACKAGE ON OFFER
- Competitive salary from up to €35,000 Per Year dependent on experience.
