Experienced Site Manager required for a new residential project in West Dublin with a leading main contractor. The project is due to start shortly, offering long-term work and excellent career prospects. This contractor is known for delivering high-quality housing developments and looking after their team. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all on-site construction activity from groundworks to handover. Manage site teams, subcontractors, and daily operations. Ensure programme, quality, and H&S targets are met. Coordinate with project management and design teams. Requirements: 5+ years experience managing residential builds. Trade or degree background (carpentry, construction, etc.). Strong leadership and communication skills. Full driving licence. Whats on Offer: Salary €85k €95k Bonuses Vehicle, pension, and benefits.
