Eir evo talent has partnered with a technology based in Dublin. We are on the lookout for a PAM Engineer with expertise in designing, implementing, and supporting enterprise-scale privileged access solutions. This role will help strengthen endpoint and privileged account security by applying least privilege principles, managing privileged sessions, and integrating PAM solutions with the wider security ecosystem. This is a daily rate contract opportunity of 8 months. Dublin based hybrid working required for this opportunity of 2 days. Key Responsibilities Design & Deployment Lead the rollout and configuration of PAM solutions across enterprise environments (Windows, macOS, Linux). Define and implement policies for least privilege, application control, and just-in-time access. Operations & Support Monitor and maintain PAM infrastructure and endpoint agents. Provide 2nd/3rd-line support for PAM-related issues and incidents. Governance & Documentation Work with IT, Security, and Compliance teams to ensure PAM practices meet organisationalsecurity standards. Contribute to IAM and PAM strategy development. Continuous Improvement Research and evaluate new PAM features and security capabilities. Recommend improvements to optimisecontrols while minimisingdisruption to business users. Essential Skills & Experience 35+ years of experience in privileged access or endpoint security engineering. Hands-on implementation and administration of PAM solutions (e.g., BeyondTrust, CyberArk, Delinea, or similar). Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS endpoint management. Familiarity with Active Directory, group policies, and enterprise endpoint management platforms (e.g., Intune, SCCM, Jamf). Solid understanding of Zero Trust and least privilege models. Proficiency in scripting and automation (PowerShell, Python, or equivalent). Preferred Skills Vendor-specific certifications (e.g., PAM solution certifications, Microsoft, or equivalent). Experience with credential vaulting, privileged session management, and just-in-time access. Knowledge of SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, Sentinel, QRadar) and integration practices. Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, HIPAA). Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 1G/4 Visa to apply.
