Job Title: Bar Manager Location: Waterford Salary: €45,000 per annum The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the hospitality industry to recruit an experienced Bar Manager for their well-established venue in Waterford. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join a dynamic team and lead bar operations within a highly regarded establishment. The Bar Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the bar, ensuring exceptional service standards, smooth operations, and a welcoming atmosphere for guests. You will oversee staff management, stock control, financial performance, and compliance with health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving sales, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and leading the bar team to deliver excellence. Duties & Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of the bar, ensuring smooth and efficient service. Lead, train, and motivate the bar team to deliver outstanding customer service. Implement strategies to maximise sales and profitability. Monitor stock levels, manage ordering processes, and oversee inventory control. Ensure compliance with licensing laws, health and safety, and hygiene standards. Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism. Work closely with senior management to develop menus, promotions, and events. Prepare and manage staff rosters in line with business needs. Requirements Proven experience as a Bar Manager or in a similar supervisory role within hospitality. Strong leadership, organisational, and people management skills. Excellent knowledge of beverages, mixology, and bar operations. Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Must be living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland. Please note: Visa and relocation packages are not provided. Salary & Benefits Competitive salary of €45,000 per annum.
