Our client, a mid sized Law Firm located in Dublin 2 is looking to recruit a Newly Qualified Solicitor to join their Property Team team. Our client is also open to candidates with up to 12 months' PQE (0-1 years). Candidates who are NQ will need to have gained experience in Property during their traineeship Salary: to €70k Benefits: Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, 1 day WFH after probation Total Package: up to €90k Responsibilities Manage Commercial and Private Client Conveyancing files. Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Title checks, raising queries, and drafting contracts Perform against KPIs and billing targets.
