Link Personnel has been instructed by our client, a Leading Law Firm in Dublin city centre, on a Bids Administrator Vacancy. Joining a growing team working with on winning new business through competitive pitch and tender processes. This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to work in a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment with the support of a well established team.Call Emma NOW for more details. Salary: DOE Benefits: Pension, Bonus, Hybrid Working, Travel Tax Incentive, Bike to Work. The Role: Prepare tender documents meeting submission requirements. Coordinate the bid process internally, including gathering response information to meet all deadlines. Liaising with Partners, Associates and business services teams in the firm to update content. Work with the drafting software and content library. Formatting to ensure top-quality proposals. Identifying new tender opportunities. Ensuring our internal tender tracker is updated to record all key proposal information. Other Ad-hoc duties as required. The Candidate: 1-2years previous Bids experience. Excellent written abilities with strong attention to detail, editing and proof-reading skills. Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate and liaise effectively. The ability to prioritise workloads and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to network with colleagues to develop content. Produce high standards of work. Work as part of a team to deliver all projects on time. High level of proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in order to meet deadlines.
