Youll work directly with the CEO and senior team to build a scalable sales function, drive new business, and strengthen the companys position in a competitive, high-value market. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute the companys growth and go-to-market strategy. Drive new client acquisition and recurring revenue expansion. Build and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team. Manage and optimise the sales funnel to maximise lead conversion. Represent the business externally, building trusted client and partner relationships. Partner with leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and commercial decision-making. Ideal Background Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and driving new business. Experience in sales leadership, business development, or commercial strategy within B2B or professional services. Strong grasp of financial metrics (ROI, CAC, LTV, profitability). Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Hands-on, growth-oriented, and comfortable in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. Background in Managed Services (MSP) or IT/Consulting services advantageous.
