Catering Team Leader We are currently recruiting for a Catering Team Leader. This is a full time role.
Responsibilities Provide first line team liaison, monitoring, and supervision.
Ensure the highest possible hygiene standards within the department and Catering Assistant team in compliance with food safety legislation and HACCP.
Ensure the highest possible quality driven customer and patient centred standards within the Catering Assistant Team.
Mentor work colleagues and work proactively as part of the Catering Team.
Attend and engage with departmental meetings.
Participate in training / refresher training as and when required.
Deal in a courteous and responsible manner with any complaints that may arise in the course of duties, reporting all incidents to departmental management.
Qualifications Background in Catering / Food Service.
Experience working in a Hospital or Healthcare setting.
HACCP/Food Safety training.
Experience working in a team-based environment.
Garda Vetting is a requirement of this employment.
