Front Office Team Leader – Join the Team
We are seeking an experienced Front Office Team Leader with a proven background in delivering 4‑ to 5‑star hospitality service.

About the Role
As a Front Office Team Leader, you will oversee the smooth running of our front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure. You will support the Front Office Manager, guide and motivate the team, and act as a key contact point for guest relations.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily front office operations with a focus on efficiency and service excellence

Lead and mentor the front desk team to deliver world‑class hospitality

Handle guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism

Ensure compliance with hotel standards, policies, and procedures

Support with scheduling, training, and performance feedback

About You

Previous experience in a 4 or 5‑star hotel front office is essential

Strong leadership and communication skills

A passion for guest service and attention to detail

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast‑paced environment

Proficiency in property management systems is an advantage
