We are looking for a Sales Team Leader who is not just a manager, but a hands-on leader who motivates, coaches, and drives performance. You will be leading a team of sales professionals across your region, focusing on growth, pipeline development, and excellent customer engagement.
Role Overview
This is a field sales function within one NSC with the responsibility to develop existing and new customers and accounts to achieve the business plan for the dedicated area.
How you will become part of the bigger picture..
You will be responsible for:
Analysing the market, including competitor products and channels, to identify Panasonic's opportunities and risks.
Building a concrete growth strategy for the responsible area (New Channel development, maximising existing channel business, entire sales operation, and the organisations) and setting out a clear target for each member of the team.
Generate and maximise sales by managing the team, driving growth by influencing and convincing all the decision makers, and by coordinating with internal support and PHVAC EU management.
Analysing the sales and the other KPI results on a daily, weekly, monthly basis to review the team's actions and to take the necessary measures to set target.
Reporting the progress and status to the Country Manager and Sales Manager on a daily and weekly basis using the agreed tool.
Providing feedback on market information such product, price, channel, promotion to management, as well as reflecting on own

Experience, Knowledge and skills:
Proficient understanding and knowledge in processes, technologies, products and other relevant field of expertise
Effective utilisation of recognised planning, analytical or conceptual principles and techniques
Good understanding and impact of legislation, law regulations relevant to the business or function
Very strong communication and negotiation skills
Excellent organisation and administration skills
Continuously grow and focus on personal development using the Panasonic Leadership Principles

What we offer:
Salary range: (dependent on experience)
Annual Bonus scheme
Annual Leave: 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (rising to 27 days on completion of 3 years of service) (pro-rata for part-time)
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week full-time
Location: Republic of Ireland (Office based)
Please note that national travel will be required
