Successful candidates will have strong experience working with retention, door to door or inside sales roles, preferably in a Utilities industry. If you are ambitious, results focused and enjoy a challenge, you will enjoy working with PrepayPower. Key Responsibilities Retain existing customers face to face and over the phone. Actioning with warm leads Use all Retention tools available to encourage customers to stay with PrepayPower Manage daily, weekly and monthly KPI's. Ad hoc activities as required. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven track record of achieving Retention or Sales Targets Minimum 1 years' experience working in an inside sales or Door to door sales. Experience using CRM systems preferable but not essential. Ability to work of own initiative. Excellent objective handling, problem solving and relationship management skills.
