What you would do: Due to the continued growth of King and Moffatt Building Services, we are now looking to hire a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to provide maintenance support on a number of our existing projects across the central belt region of Ireland. This is a mobile role, covering a number of sites and a van and fuel card will be provided as part of the package. Air Handling Unit Maintenance - Inspect supply fan drives pulleys for wear and tear, driven belt tension and fan impeller for damage or material impingement. AC Maintenance - check all electrical connections, condenser fan, temperatures and pressures etc. Boiler Maintenance - check flue soundness, ensure guard is fitted, check condensate drainage system etc. Calorifier Maintenance - check insulation, valves, settings and outlet temperature. Pump Maintenance & Booster Sets Maintenance - check motor starter, connections and seals for leaks. TMV Valves Maintenance - check hot and cold water supply, filters and temperatures. General maintenance of smoke & fire dampers, pressurisation units, AOV and fan coil units. General maintenance of plumbing, pipework, taps and leaks.
