Account Executive, Mid-Market Sales, Google Customer Solutions, Norway

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 5 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role or 3 years of experience with an advanced degree. Ability to communicate in English and Norwegian fluently to support clients in the Norwegian market. Preferred qualifications: Experience strategically assessing and achieving client success via sales techniques, including effective questioning, objection handling and engaged selling. Experience in managing digital advertising campaigns with a focus on performance marketing. Knowledge of online marketing strategy and tactics with excellent transferable skills. Ability to own a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context in Norway, and consistently overachieve quotas to drive growth. Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a client engagement strategy. Ability to have thought demonstrated leadership and high executive functioning within the digital marketing space. Pitch and consult with customers proactively to support annual digital marketing discussions and budgets. Drive customer growth by delivering outstanding customer sales experience and achieving customer business and marketing objectives. Establish credibility with executives and serve as a trusted partner to optimize and expand their advertising investment.
