We're looking for a talented Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will lead and motivate your store team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and create a great working environment. You will be an expert in product handling, continuously improving the customer journey through outstanding visual presentation and high-quality customer service. Supporting the Store Leader, you will help develop the team, maintain operational standards, and drive sales and KPIs.

About The Role
What You’ll Be Doing
Deliver excellent product placement and create impressive wearable outfits.
Maintain high visual standards with the customer experience in mind.
Manage store operations confidently, including service, team, and daily tasks.
Empower your team to prioritize customer experience in all decisions.
Use commercial tools effectively to support store performance.
Assist the Store Leader in achieving KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion, and customer feedback.
Help ensure health & safety standards are met.
Support the development of a motivated, engaged, and valued team.
