The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining smooth warehouse operations through efficient forklift handling, stock movement, and safe loading/unloading procedures. Operating from a clean, modern facility, the role involves working standard daytime hoursMonday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pmwith an early finish every Friday. Overtime is available and paid at time and a half, ensuring a rewarding package for those seeking extra hours. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, dependable, and hold up-to-date certification in both manual handling and counterbalance forklift operation. Responsibilities: Operate a counterbalance forklift to move stock, pallets, and goods as required Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely Assist with picking and packing of products for outbound shipments Maintain accurate records of stock movements and deliveries Conduct routine checks on forklift machinery before and after use Follow all health and safety procedures within the warehouse Work collaboratively with warehouse staff and supervisors to meet daily targets Support general warehouse duties when not operating machinery Requirements: A valid Counterbalance Forklift Certificate is essential Up-to-date Manual Handling Certificate Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment Ability to work full-time Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm Willingness to work overtime when required (paid at time and a half) Strong awareness of safety practices and warehouse protocols Good communication and teamwork skills Reliable, punctual, and proactive in a fast-paced environment What to do next: If youre interested in this role, click apply now.
