Overview Title: Leasing Manager - PRS
Location: Dublin (On-Site)

The Company: Well known real estate firm with a global presence. They have expanded their PRS team considerably over the past 12 months having secured a number of high profile mandates.
The Role: The Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving the phased lease-up of a large scale PRS development. Given the quality of the development and its sought-after location, a high level of demand is expected. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-volume leasing within PRS schemes. This role focuses solely on the leasing process, including tenant sourcing, entry condition reports, and utility arrangements. Ongoing tenancy management will be handled by the on-site resident managers.
Key Responsibilities Oversee and manage the leasing process, ensuring high occupancy rates and minimal void periods.
Handle all aspects of tenant relations, including viewings, client open viewings and events, collect personal details, process applications for properties and execute lease agreements.
Manage and maintain accurate leasing records and resident information.
Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract quality residents and enhance company presence.
Prepare marketing and advertising material for properties to let.
Ensure compliance with all relevant tenancy legislation.
Key Requirements PSRA C license is required for the role.
Minimum of 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role
Proficient in MS packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
An understanding and knowledge of property management software.
