As HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for setting and developing the strongest teams in the UK and Ireland and will report directly to the HR Manager.
This role will suit a candidate who enjoys working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and ideally comes from a Retail, Hospitality, or FMCG background.

The Ideal Candidate:
- 3 years experience in recruiting, talent development, and management

- Readiness for business trips
- Full driving license
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the HR agenda in close cooperation with the management team
- Support our Retail team in development, training, and recruiting
- Ensure all Development and Training programs are executed to the highest level
- Train, develop and retain retail employees and drive our people's performance
- Partner with the countries management team for people and organizational issues
- Drive key HR figures including employee staff turnover, employee satisfaction etc.
- Champion the company's culture and ensure it continues to be an attractive place to work.
- Excellent business and commercial focus
