This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a leadership role and is committed to providing exceptional guest experiences during the quieter hours of hotel operations.

About the Role:

As Assistant Night Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the smooth and safe running of the hotel from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am, ensuring our high standards are maintained while supporting our night team. You'll act as a key contact for both guests and staff, handling any issues with professionalism and care.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

- Supporting the Night Manager in supervising night operations across all hotel departments
- Delivering excellent service to guests – handling queries, complaints, and special requests with efficiency and warmth
- Conducting night audits and ensuring accurate end-of-day reporting
- Implementing safety and security procedures to protect guests and staff
- Assisting in training, mentoring, and motivating the night team
- Identifying opportunities to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue through upselling and efficient inventory management

Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a hands-on leader who is calm under pressure and passionate about guest care.

The ideal candidate will have:

- 1–2 years' experience in a similar Night Manager, Night Supervisor, or Night Auditor role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A problem-solving mindset and the ability to make confident decisions
- Proficiency in hotel management systems and basic financial reporting
- A friendly, guest-focused approach with fluent English
