Reporting to the Group Financial Controller the role of Finance Manager will lead play a leadership role with responsibility for overseeing transactional finance, while driving strategic financial planning, performance analysis, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Present high-impact financial insights and reporting to senior leadership, utilising Power BI for advanced data visualization and performance tracking.
- Own the budgeting and forecasting processes, developing financial models and scenario analyses to support strategic planning.
- Lead and manage the transactional finance team
- Ensure high level of control and compliance
- Liaise with external tax advisors Ensure tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Analyse revenue streams, cost structures, and profitability to help drive decision-making
- Business partner across multiple departments to support business cases, pricing strategies, and investment decisions.
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives across finance operations, including integration of Power BI and optimization of workflows.

Requirements:

- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified accountant with 5+ years PQE
- Minimum 2 years of team management experience
- Knowledge of Power BI (DAX, Power Query), MS Excel, and financial modelling.
- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning.
