We are hiring for our client, a well-respected specialist law firm in Dublin, who are seeking to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing real estate team. This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of one year's post-qualification experience to work on a broad range of commercial property matters, with strong mentorship and genuine scope for career progression.

The Role:

- Advise clients on a wide range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and development projects
- Draft and negotiate commercial leases, sale contracts, and related legal documentation
- Conduct property due diligence and manage transactions from instruction to completion
- Engage directly with clients, delivering high-quality advice and building lasting relationships
- Work closely with senior solicitors and partners on complex matters, with opportunities to take ownership of files

The Person:

- Qualified Solicitor in Ireland with 1+ years' PQE in commercial property
- Experience working on commercial real estate transactions in a law firm setting
- Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a client-focused approach
- Proactive and team-oriented, with a desire to develop your expertise further
