Our client, a leader in structural steel solutions, is seeking a Health & Safety Graduate to join their team in Co. Tipperary. With 1-2 years of post-graduate experience, you’ll play an essential role in ensuring a safe and compliant workplace while growing your career in a supportive and collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments in a workshop setting, addressing potential hazards proactively.
2. Deliver health and safety inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions tailored to workshop teams.
3. Collaborate with supervisors to promote a strong safety culture and implement best practices.
4. Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports with recommendations for preventative measures.
5. Maintain accurate safety documentation and ensure compliance with Irish Health & Safety regulations.
6. Assist in the development and implementation of safety processes and procedures specific to workshop operations.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or a related field.
2. 1-2 years of post-graduate experience in a Health & Safety role, ideally in a workshop or manufacturing environment.
3. Strong understanding of Irish Health & Safety legislation.
4. Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
5. A hands-on, proactive approach to fostering a safe work environment.
