Join an award-winning, 30-year construction leader in Dublin known for excellence in the Heritage, Education, and Medical sectors. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to take full ownership of daily operations. You will coordinate the workforce, sub-contractors, and design teams to deliver complex projects to the highest safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations, managing site staff and sub-contractors to ensure high productivity and morale. Liaise effectively with Design Teams, Architects, and Engineers to resolve technical queries and keep the project moving. Monitor project stages, implement cost control measures, and manage budgets to ensure profitable delivery. Champion Health & Safety on-site, ensuring full compliance with current regulations and company standards. Drive the program of works to ensure projects are completed on time. Requirements A degree in Construction Management or a related field (plus relevant certifications). Proven experience in Construction Site Management. Experience in Heritage, Education, or Medical projects is highly desirable. Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to communicate effectively with Design Teams. Proficiency in construction management software is a distinct advantage. The ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. For you From €60,000 per year (Negotiable).
